Rafael Godinho Francisco has worked in capital markets for over 15 years, focusing on legal solutions and structured capital and debt transactions, securitizations, investment funds (REITs, FIAGROs and FIPs), as well as acquisitions and asset development in the real estate sector. Throughout his career, he has advised investment banks, asset managers and institutional investors, supporting clients in complex transactions and in the structuring of investment instruments and vehicles. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from the Faculty of Law of São Bernardo do Campo and a postgraduate degree in Corporate Law from the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV).
