Profile

Vanessa has over 15 years of experience advising real estate investors, with expertise in acquisitions, leases, and the development of complex real estate projects. She works on portfolio acquisitions, built-to-suit contracts, sale and leaseback transactions, and negotiations involving data centers, shopping malls, logistics centers, and corporate buildings. She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Mackenzie Presbyterian University and a postgraduate degree in Contract Law from PUC-SP.

Advisory services to a real estate investment fund managed by Guardian in the sale and leaseback operation of 9 Grupo Mateus real estate assets.

Acquisition of GTIS Logistics Real Estate Portfolio – Approximate Value R$1.4 billion

Advisory services to the HGLG11 Fund in the acquisition of all assets in the logistics real estate portfolio (4 logistics condominiums) of the GTIS Real Estate Investment Fund, traded on the stock exchange, and the transfer of all shareholders from the selling fund to the acquiring fund.

Acquisition of Income-Generating Real Estate Portfolio in the Education Sector – Approximate Value R$120 million

Advisory services to the HGRU11 Fund in the acquisition of all assets in the income-generating real estate portfolio (4 assets) in the education sector, with significant tenants such as Ânima and Bahema Educação.
